LOS ANGELES–Colby Effler & Partners has recruited TBWA Chiat/Day’s Kim Haskell to head up the shop’s new business efforts and seek higher-profile clients.
Haskell, currently director of business development for TBWA Chiat/Day in North America and a founding partner of The Persuasion Group retail spinoff, is joining the Santa Monica, Calif.-based shop as executive vice president sometime this week.
