In an effort to enhance its public relations offerings, Havas’ Euro RSCG Tatham Partners here has formed an alliance with Euro RSCG Middleberg, the PR arm of New York-based Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners. Launched in February 2002, the Chicago-based operation will retain the name Euro RSCG Tatham PR. Middleberg president Aaron Kwittken will report to Tatham CEO Gary Epstein.
