Starmark International in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has added Todd Tamcsin as executive vice president of client services. He has more than 17 years of advertising and publishing experience, having most recently worked at Ehlert Publishing Group in Osseo, Minn., as director of sales and marketing. He was also at Starmark in Chicago as an account manager. Tamcsin has worked with clients such as Tenet Health System, Mark Travel Corp., American Hospital Association and Johnson & Evinrude Outboards.
