FFwd has partnered with the Advertising Council on a pro bono public service campaign designed to bolster employer support forthe National Guardand Reserve.
The Charlotte, N.C., office of FFwd developed the direct marketing campaign, which features patriotic posters sent to 21,000 employers nationwide.
One print piece portrays Uncle Sam stating, "I want you to support the National Guard and Reserve." Another asserts, "United we are strong. Unitedwe will win."
The project builds on a 30-year relationship between the Ad Council and the Department of Defense's NationalCommittee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.
"Although this campaign was in development before Sept. 11, 2001, the events of that day underscore our nation's critical need for the men and women who make up today's Guard and Reserve," said Mike Zeman, chief executive officer of FFwd North America, in a statement.
