SunAmerica is poised to name Deutsch/L.A. the winner of its estimated $10-12 million account after a four-month review, sources said.
A representative of the Los Angeles-based financial services firm said a decision was due this week, but would not identify the winner. Agency executives and Select Resources International, the Los Angeles consultancy which handled the review, declined comment. Ammirati Puris Lintas, New York, was the other finalist. Incumbent Asher & Partners, Los Angeles, had been eliminated earlier.
Separately, Deutsch's New York office is expected to win the estimated $10-15 million Brink's Home Security account, besting the other finalist, Ingalls in Boston.
