LOS ANGELES Skip Sullivan, president and chief operating officer of independent davidandgoliath, said he is leaving the agency he co-founded, effective at the end of this month.

“Two years ago, my wife started an apparel company [Tristen C.], and she’s six-months pregnant with our third child now, so I’m going to help her expand her company,” said Sullivan. “I love to build companies. The company is on the verge of exploding, with the line being picked up by Fred Segal, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s.”
