BOSTON–Subway Restaurants in Milford, Conn., has awarded media buying and planning duties for its Hartford/ New Haven franchisees to Partners & Shevack in New York.





The international fast food chain’s media-only account, with estimated billings of $600,000, went into review in March (Adweek, March 17). Partners & Shevack prevailed over four other contenders, including the incumbent, General Media Services in Westport, Conn.





General Media president Richard Atkins did not return calls by press time. His agency had handled the account for 11 years.
