NEW YORK A little more than a month after opening a Cramer-Krasselt office here, sources said creative directors Dean Stefanides and Larry Hampel have siphoned off two accounts and three staffers from their former agency, Tucker Hampel Stefanides.

Art director Tom Kane and account supervisor Tony Graetzer, both stewards of the Steve Madden ad business, and Andrew Swank, account supervisor of Comcast’s trade advertising, have joined the new venture, bringing those clients with them, according to sources.
