Starcom Names Its First CMO

CHICAGO Publicis Groupe’s Starcom USA has named former Kmart executive Steve Feuling as the media agency’s first chief marketing officer.

Feuling was formerly a senior vice president of marketing for the Troy, Mich., retailer and was also CMO for the company’s online division Bluelight.com. At the Chicago-based media company, Feuling will be managing long-term strategy for the agency, while overseeing new business and communications. He will report to Starcom North America CEO Renetta McCann.

In addition, Starcom promoted chief broadcast investment officer John Muszynski to managing director of investment and operations.
