The contenders are Wolf Group, Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos and independent Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners. The shops will fly to the client’s St. Louis offices early next week, where they will receive a strategic assignment before final presentations, a source said. A decision is expected at the end of October.
