Conservative columnist Arianna Huffington has teamed with the Natural Resources Defense Council for a TV spot that challenges U.S. car companies and lawmakers to deliver more fuel-efficient vehicles. Two earlier spots from Huffington’s The Detroit Project generated some controversy for equating SUVs with terrorism.
