Speedo Looks to Fallon for Competitive Edge

CHICAGO -- Speedo North America has given Fallon Brand Consulting a strategic assignment as it attempts to secure stronger position in the sports apparel and accessories segment.

The Los Angeles-based client in February awarded its estimated $6 million European account to Fallon's London office. Spending on the strategic assignment was not known.

Fallon Brand Consulting was established in October 2000 as an independent division to focus on new and emerging brands. The unit, which is based in Minneapolis, is headed by Bruce Tait and Dodie Subler.
