NEW YORK Donna Speciale, executive vice president, director of national and local broadcast at Grey Global Group’s MediaCom, has left the agency to become head of broadcast buying at Publicis Groupe’s MediaVest, the company has confirmed.

Separately, Jeff Grant, president of worldwide programming at MediaVest, is leaving the agency to start his own entertainment marketing consultancy, called Totem. The company will be based in New York and MediaVest client Procter & Gamble has signed on as Grant’s first client.
