NEW YORK Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi has won the review for global advertising chores on Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, according to sources.

Saatchi’s office in London replaces crosstown shop Bartle Bogle Hegarty, which is backed by Publicis, and which parted ways with the client in July.

Competing for the business against Saatchi were the London outposts of Publicis, Omnicom Group’s DDB and Interpublic Group’s McCann Erickson.

Agency officials either could not be reached or declined comment late Friday.
