Las Vegas-based Schadler Kramer Group Advertising has promoted Paul Rippens from art director to associate creative director. Rippens joined the shop in October 2001 and works on accounts such as New York-New York Hotel & Casino and MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. The agency also elevated Angela Edwards and Aly Reed from junior designers to designers; Robyn Ward from account coordinator to assistant account executive; and Melanie Lehrer from receptionist to office manager. In addition, SKGA hired former Stratosphere Advertising designer Melineh Pace as a designer on the Belterra Casino Resort, Casino Magic Biloxi and MGM Mirage accounts; former Gospel Tabernacle designer Bryan Voliton as a junior designer; and former Shonkwiler Marcoux Advertising designer Alexandra Bruni as a production artist.
