As winners of Singapore’s Crowbar Awards, a creative competition for the country’s advertising students, Raymond Chin and Gene vieve Tan received a trip to Minneapolis.

Chin, who’s training to be a copywriter, and Tan, a design student, will spend four weeks (two at their own expense) observing what goes on at Fallon’s downtown Minneapolis headquarters. The two will shadow staffers in all departments, from account planning and media to creative and production.

The agency’s reputation as one that puts a premium on its product has reached the pair’s country.
