Ray Simko, the former media director on Ogilvy & Mather’s Office of National Drug Control Policy account, pleaded guilty last week to charges of conspiring to defraud the government, filing false claims and making false statements, according to the U.S. district attorney’s office. Simko, 56, faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine, or twice the gross gain or loss resulting from the crime, on the conspiracy count.
