WPP Group’s SicolaMartin in Austin, Texas, supplants the San Francisco office of Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, the rep said. He decliend to identify the shops that pitched. Hill, Holliday terminated the Motorola business more than six months ago, according to agency rep.
