SAN FRANCISCO WWP Group’s SicolaMartin has won the estimated $4 million Sybase global marketing and creative account, the agency said today.

SicolaMartin, based in Austin, Texas, will employ the global media services capabilities of WPP network partner Mediaedge:cia in San Francisco on the Sybase business, an agency representative said.
