DALLAS-Siboney USA here resigned the Southwest Airlines account less than two years after earning Hispanic marketing duties for the Dallas-based carrier.
The business is being moved in-house, according to Southwest director of public relations Ed Stewart. “Siboney got the ball rolling for us and now we feel like it’s something we can handle on our own,” Stewart said. He declined to provide further details about the split.
Siboney developed print, radio and outdoor advertising, as well as handling strategic planning.
