A week ago, the regular latte on the menu at Kramer Books & Afterwords Cafe got a new friend: the Trent Lotte. It’s no different from the original latte, except the two ingredients—espresso and steamed milk—are served “segregated” in two cups. “Then,” says Calvin Moore, who was busy serving the treats when Shoptalk reached him last week, “we let the customers integrate them.”
