Daihatsu Australia has been dumped by its agency, Bond Strohfeldt, after the car maker inititiated a review for its Charade model. Bond Strohfeldt let go of the $4-million account because of the high number of reviews the client has undertaken since beginning its 19-month agency/client relationship. Last year the client put its account up for review three times. In the latest pitch, Daihatsu is believed to have invited D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowies/Melbourne and Mattingly & Partners/Sydney to vie for the business.
