Arnold in Boston has advanced Michael Shonkoff to management supervisor from account supervisor. He works on the Havas-owned agency’s flagship Volkswagen of America business. He joined the shop six years ago after graduating from Bates College and he initially worked on regional McDonald’s assignments. Arnold has also upped Mardie DiCarlo to account executive from assistant account executive.
