DALLAS Stan & Lou Advertising has picked up advertising duties for Hamilton Shirts, the agency said.

The Houston shop won the account of the local shirt manufacturer in an informal review, according to Bill Penczak, chief operating officer and director of results at the agency. After 120 years in business, this is Hamilton’s first agency.

Stan & Lou has been charged with promoting Hamilton’s custom shirts through advertising and guerilla marketing.

According to Penczak, the first campaign will break in the fall and include an updated Web site, sales materials, labeling and packaging design, and some advertising and direct marketing.
