BOSTON Shaw’s Supermarkets today narrowed its agency search to four finalists in the review for its $3-5 million account.

Agencies to make final presentations are incumbent Allen & Gerritsen, Watertown, Mass.; Connelly Partners/CGN, Boston; Duffy & Shanley, Providence, R.I.; and Bouchez Kent & Co., New York, according to Pile and Co., Boston, which is overseeing the search.

Not advancing are Clarke Goward, Cronin/Wallwork Curry, both in Boston, and New York shop Gotham.

The four shops will present a creative assignment in late January, with a final decision expected in late January or early February.
