BOSTON Shark Communications has developed a print campaign for thinkvermont.com, an online business portal run by the Vermont Department of Economic Development.
The first in a series of typographically designed ads from the independent agency in Burlington, Vt., features text that forms the shape of a tie. The headline "Think business" appears in bold blue letters. Other executions in the series create the shapes of a computer mouse ("Where business goes to network" is the headline) and a briefcase ("How to get a handle on business in Vermont").
The effort is appearing mainly in regional publications such as Vermont Business Magazine. The budget was not disclosed.
Fifteen-person Shark works for a variety of consumer and business-to-busienss clients on advertising, design and interactive efforts. Other accounts include Chittenden Corp., DogWater pet-food products and law firm Paul, Frank + Collins.
