NEW YORK Timberlane Woodcrafters, a manufacturer of early American-style wooden shutters, has hired Philadelphia shop SFGT.
The decision was made in late July following a six-week review that included more than a dozen agencies, including The Weightman Group in Philadephia and Baecke Advertising in Ardmore, Pa.
Previous advertising was handled in-house and included print ads that appeared in Better Homes & Gardens, Martha Stewart Living and Early American Life, among other periodicals.
The privately held company has been ranked by Inc. magazine as one of the nation's 500 fastest-growing companies for the last two years. The direct-to-consumer manufacturer is known for its historically accurate exterior and interior shutters that duplicate the style of early American woodwork.
Annual billings were undisclosed.
