NEW YORK After 10 years as president and CEO of Interpublic Group’s Foote Cone & Belding International, Harry Reid is retiring, effective at the end of March, the agency said on Tuesday.

Since joining the agency from WPP Group’s Ogilvy & Mather in 1994, Reid, 59, presided over 40 acquisitions by FCB, including ULKA in India and Giovanni in Brazil, to smaller operations in Poland and Korea.

Separately, Lynne Seid, chief client officer at Omnicom Group’s BBDO, is joining FCB as president of its flagship office here, according to an agency representative.
