Matt Seiler, an evp at Omnicom, has been named president of PHD USA, a new post at the Omnicom-owned media agency, the company said. Seiler, 42, most recently oversaw the integration of the PepsiCo. business into various Omnicom shops. He will report to Steve Grubbs, CEO of PHD North America.
