CHICAGO Kupper Parker Communications has named Randy Seeling its chief accounting officer, replacing chief financial officer John Rezich, who has resigned from the shop.

“Since joining KPC in October 1999, John Rezich has made important contributions to our growth, particularly in acquisitions and restructuring situations that brought us through the economic downturn,” said Bruce Kupper, chief executive officer of the St. Louis-based agency, in a statement. “He has expressed a desire to look for another opportunity outside of the company that will leverage his particular expertise, and we wish him the best in that endeavor.”
