TBWA\Chiat\Day has promoted Rob Schwartz to executive creative director in place of Gary Topolewski, who is leaving the Playa del Rey, Calif., agency for Doner, Southfield, Mich., in late April or early May (Adweek, March 26).

Schwartz, 35, most recently served as worldwide creative director on the Nissan account He was also a creative director at Team One, working on Lexus and Adidas.
