David J. Scholes, former president and chief executive officer of the New York office of Rapp Collins Worldwide, has assumed the same titles at sister Omnicom units Targetbase and TBi.
Scholes, 54, took charge of the Irving, Texas-based customer relations management and interactive firms on Feb. 1. He replaces Jack Wolfe, who was president and CEO at the time Omnicom acquired Targetbase in its buyout of market research firm M/A/R/C late in 1999.
Scholes began his career with Rapp Collins in 1981 as an account manager. He has served as office president for the past 12 years.
The Irving office has a staff of 250 and billings of $400 million. Clients include Southwest Airlines, Procter & Gamble, Nestlé and Sony.
