NEW YORK Agency.com said today that it has promoted president and chief operating officer Don Scales to CEO, a post previously held by founder and chairman Chan Suh.
In the role, Scales, 48, will be responsible for the operational aspects of the New York-based interactive agency, which has about 350 people in six offices worldwide working on accounts like 3M, British Airways and Visa. He will retain the president’s title and continue to report to Suh, who will remain chairman.
