Zipatoni has promoted Karen Sauder to president of the agency. Most recently executive vice president and general manager in the promotional marketing company’s St. Louis headquarters, Sauder will oversee the agency’s operations in Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas and Philadelphia. During her seven years at Zipatoni, Sauder has managed the shop’s largest accounts as well as played an integral role in new business. Prior to joining Zipatoni in 1998, Sauder worked for Frito-Lay and Anheuser-Busch.
