BALTIMORE – Domino’s Pizza tapped Ross Roy Communications/Bloomfield Hills, Mich., last week to handle marketing services for its Northeast region, which comprises franchises in 12 states from Maine to Virginia, plus Washington, D.C. Ross Roy, which also handles Domino’s co-op advertising in the Midwest, will open a field office in Baltimore to handle the business. The account was previously handled by Freed & Associates, Baltimore. Grey Advertising/N.Y. still handles the mainline national business for Domino’s.
