HMH has hired Tracy Rodriguez as brand planner. Rodriguez comes to the Portland, Ore., shop with over eight years experience in research, strategy and marketing at agencies such as Havas’ Euro RSCG 4D in both New York and Portland, where she was primarily assigned Intel.
