NEW YORK Houston Astros pitcher Roger Clemens is adding his face to the roster of Major League Baseball stars who describe baseball as their driving life force.
A new spot, tagged “I live for this,” breaks tomorrow during the All-Star Game and reminds fans to watch MLB games on TV. The commercial shows Clemens, nicknamed “The Rocket,” on the mound, juxtaposing close-ups with visuals of a NASA rocket blasting off. Of winning, he says, “Once you have a little taste of that, that’s all it’s about.”
