CHICAGO Omnicom Group-owned retail marketing agency Fame has promoted Lynne Robertson and Renae DeBates to president and chief operating officer, respectively, effective immediately, according to the shop.

Robertson, 42, was previously vice president and director of client services of the Minneapolis-based agency. She assumes the presidential duties from Tina Wilcox, who left the shop in March of this year. DeBates, 42, was previously Fame’s chief financial officer; she will continue those duties.

“Lynne and Renae understand the fundamentals of what it takes to build a business and help create new business opportunities—not only with prospective clients, but with current clients as well,” said Tom Carroll, vice chairman of TBWA Worldwide, in a statement.
