Riggs Bank Gives Creative Duties to Work

ATLANTA Work said it has been chosen to develop an image campaign for Riggs Bank N.A.

The Richmond, Va., shop has teamed with crosstown Spurrier Media Group, which will handle planning and buying duties. Work replaces the New York office of Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, which has held the account since 1998.

Work, which would not say if a formal review took place, said it would be responsible for the bank’s creative, direct mail and merchandising efforts.
