NEW YORK R/GA chairman and chief creative officer Bob Greenberg has been named a finalist for the fourth annual National Design Awards sponsored by The Smithsonian Institution’s Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum.

The awards program aims to celebrate design in various disciplines and increase national awareness of design by educating the public and promoting excellence, innovation and achievement.

Greenberg, who co-founded R/GA with his brother as a visual-effects shop in 1977, is a finalist in the category of communications design.
