NEW YORK — Bank One has redesigned its Web site based on consumer feedback. R/GA in New York helped develop the visual design for the new site (http://www.bankone.com/), as well as a number of flash videos to assist consumers.

“We focused on three key requests from our customers: Give me faster access to my accounts, make it easier for me to use and organize it better for me,” said Kevin Watters, Bank One’s head of Internet banking.
