NEW YORK Proposals are due back early next week for Touchstone Energy’s $3.5 million account, according to the consultant overseeing the review.

The client, an alliance of more than 600 energy cooperatives in 44 states, will then cut to “a very limited number” of finalists, said Lynne Osbourne, president of Ad Management Insights.

RFPs, mailed in mid-June, ask shops for their experience with budgets of less than $10 million and clients including organizations, associations, not-for-profits and public service advertisers.
