RFBinder Adds PR Duties for Zipcar

BOSTON RFBinder Partners said it has been selected by Zipcar, a provider of self-service, on-demand cars for rent by the hour or day. The agency will undertake local and national public relations campaigns for the Cambridge, Mass.-based client.

Josh Gitelson, managing director in RFBinder’s Needham, Mass., office, and David Shein, managing director in RFBinder’s New York headquarters, will oversee the account.

Since 2000, more than 20,000 consumers and small businesses have used the client’s services. Zipcar currently operates more than 400 vehicles in Boston, New York City and Washington, D.C.
