NEW YORK Former Modem Media managing director Dan Springer has joined Responsys as chief executive officer.
He fills the spot vacated by Howard Koenig, who left last November to pursue other interests. Responsys chief operating officer Helen Roberts has been handling the CEO responsibilities on an interim basis.
In the post, Springer, 40, is charged with accelerating the e-mail marketing company’s growth and extending its reach into new areas. Responsys has 85 staffers across its London, New York, Boston, and Portland, Ore.,
