Henderson Advertising, which in October added public relations capabilities through the acquisition of PR firm Mainline Marketing Communications, has built its event management practice with the addition of Resolutions. The Greenville, S.C., agency’s latest acquisition, an event-marketing company, had offices in Washington and Charlotte, N.C., but has relocated to Henderson’s headquarters. Former Resolutions president Rusty Jackson assumes the role of vp and managing director at Henderson.
