Arnold has promoted Barbara Reilly to executive vice president and group account director. She had been an svp at the Boston-based Havas agency. “Barb is one of the most energetic and passionate account leaders on the planet,” said Arnold president Fran Kelly. During her six years at Arnold, she was instrumental in the agency adding the account of Citizens Bank. Along with running Citizens, she also manages day-to-day operations on Talbots. Reilly joined Arnold following its 1997 absorption of her previous employer, crosstown shop Houston Herstek Favat.
