Red Cell Appoints Walsh CEO, Europe

WPP's Red Cell has hired Amanda Walsh as CEO of its European operations, effective May 1, the company said last week. Walsh will be based in Red Cell's London office and will report to worldwide chairman and CEO Andy Berlin, who is based in New York at Berlin Cameron/Red Cell. Walsh, 45, had been CEO of London agency Walsh Trott Chick Smith. In addition, Red Cell has tapped Roberto Bergantino as its European CFO. He has held various posts within WPP.
