ATLANTA The Republik said it has formed a new division, Receptor, to provide design services.

The division is based in Charlotte, N.C., and led by Brady Bone, who works with two other designers and reports to Robert Shaw West, Republik’s CEO. Initial clients include Consolidated Shoe, the Nasher Museum of Art and Harper’s Restaurants.

Bone said he was forming his own design company earlier this year when Republik asked him to join its independent Durham, N.C., operation and make his venture a unit of the agency.
