Idea Associates here picked up two real estate clients worth a combined $2 million in billings, the agency said.
Wakefield Plantation and Atlantic Gulf Communities–both developers of master-planned locations in the Raleigh/Durham, N.C., market– joined the shop’s roster.
Idea Associates was hired to handle research, strategy, creative duties, public relations and media buying for each client.
Wakefield Plantation, a 1,900-acre planned community in Wake Forest, N.C., will begin pre-selling homes later this month.
Best known in the Florida market, Atlantic Gulf Communities develops planned residential areas around the Southeast.
