Establishing a presence for RDW Group in the Boston marketplace and beyond is the main mission of new vp, business development Tim Jermain.

Jermain joins the agency from Boston Beer’s Samuel Adams, where he was director of marketing. He will oversee business-development activities at the agency’s Providence, R.I., headquarters as well as its Worcester, Mass., outpost.

Jermain reports to chairman Phil Rivers, who had been overseeing new-business development with senior vice president George Berry.

“We were looking for someone who could go for $10-20 million regional accounts,” Rivers said.
